The Vietnam and Cambodia Program is designed to offer participants an immersive exploration into the regions’ complex history, from ancient times through the colonial period and the turmoil of the Vietnam War.

This journey allows participants to witness firsthand the transformative processes of reconciliation and healing in societies that have moved beyond conflict. Engaging with these countries offers deep insights into the resilience of human communities, the intricacies of geopolitical relationships, and the enduring impact of trans generational trauma and provides participants with intimate perspectives on post-conflict peace-building and trauma recovery.

The journey starts in Hanoi, exploring historical sites and meeting with local experts and officials. Travels proceed to Ho Chi Minh City for modern perspectives and engagements with youth and veterans. The trip extends to Cambodia, visiting the Angkor Wat temple complex and engaging in discussions on Vietnam-Cambodia relations, concluding in Phnom Penh with reflections on reconciliation and history.
