Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI)
Ensure that core staff members as well as all travel guides receive training in DEI practices
Regularly solicit feedback from DEI partners on our programs and seek ways to further incorporate DEI best practices
Embrace the diversity of participants and commit to providing appropriate support in the different travel environments (eg. religious practices, dietary needs, etc.)
Environmental consciousness
Partner with environmental organizations promoting regenerative practices not only to offset our carbon footprint but to contribute to broader environmental efforts and awareness
