Maintain the safety, health, and wellbeing of our participants by:

  • Putting risk management strategies and support systems in place

  • Maintaining a high staff-to-participant ratio

  • Preparing and equipping staff with deep knowledge of the regions and connecting them with local contacts, partners, and security experts

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI)

  • Ensure that core staff members as well as all travel guides receive training in DEI practices

  • Regularly solicit feedback from DEI partners on our programs and seek ways to further incorporate DEI best practices

  • Embrace the diversity of participants and commit to providing appropriate support in the different travel environments (eg. religious practices, dietary needs, etc.)

Environmental consciousness

  • Partner with environmental organizations promoting regenerative practices not only to offset our carbon footprint but to contribute to broader environmental efforts and awareness

  • Limit waste, overconsumption and unnecessary travel

  • Attempt to buy local goods and support sustainable practices
