Laila delgado
Alumni Coordinator
Laila Delgado brings roughly 5 years of experience in non-profit community development. She holds extensive knowledge in the areas of conflict resolution, and mediation, and has engaged with sociological research as pertains to conflict studies in underserved communities. Her most current research looks at ethics around the process of exiting war through a public policy and philosophical lens. In her previous work with the Olive Tree Initiative, she has gained valuable insight into best practices for community engagement, student mentorship, and overall community development for non-profit organizations in the conflict studies and experiential education space. She is excited to support current and future students, program alumni, and community growth efforts with the CIEL team!
